Tribal-Communitarian Alliance
With philosophies of life quite similar a uniting of Native American tribal issues with the Communitarian movement is the political and economic path that can benefit both groups. I have been lucky enough to find tribal partners to work on this type of union of social change activism in both the Bear River of Rohnerville Rancheria tribe and with the Oglalah Lakota Nation. It is a natural partnership and below are some ways in which it has and can further manifest:
