"Fleximotion" moving words sign technology embedded liquid crystal letter screen on caps and t-shirts that are programmable to advertise whatever.
The caps could become ways for deaf people to communicate using standard phrases programmed into the cap screen. Also a way for tourists to communicate in foreign countries using stock phrases programmed into the cap for each language.
Small flexible rechargeable battery pack sewn into the cap brim or top of cap. T-shirts could be powered by batteries in a belt or sewn into neck, arm, and shirt bottom as small long string batteries.
